On the first Sunday of June, it is now tradition to take an ecological walk from Buonopane square. The itinerary is cheered by the intense yellow and strong smell of broom that at this time of year is particularly lush. Candiano, Buttavento, Monte Gatto, Piano San Paolo. On the San Paolo floor in the shade of the centuries-old chestnut trees there is the traditional “Scampagnata” which consists in cooking and eating on site various specialties of peasant cuisine.Local wine and Buceto water. At the end the traditional ‘Ndrezzata is performed. A day in nature truly unforgettable.
