🍇 DAY 2 – In-depth Winemaking Techniques
Lesson 2 (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM): Winemaking of Sparkling and White Wines
From harvest to bubbles – discover the magic of sparkling wine
🍷 Tasting: 3 wines (Biancolella DOC, Sparkling DOP, Biancolella DOC CRU)
Lesson 3 (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM): Winemaking of Rosé and Red Wines
From maceration to aging – the journey of red wine
