What is the difference between the 'Prepaid Non-Refundable' rate and the 'Pay at Hotel' rate?

Non-Refundable Prepaid Rate
The most affordable rate, with full prepayment required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes are not allowed. In case of cancellation, no-show, modification, or early departure, the total amount will be charged. This rate does not allow date changes. Includes overnight stay, breakfast, service, and taxes (excluding city tax).

Pay at the Hotel
Payment is made at check-in. Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival (except in August). For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, a penalty of one night will be charged. In case of early departure, a 100% penalty applies. In August, cancellations or changes within 7 days of arrival will incur the full charge of the stay. A credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Includes overnight stay, breakfast, service, and taxes (excluding city tax).

Is breakfast always included?

Yes, breakfast is always included and is served at our “Caffè degli Artisti” from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Classic Transfer from Naples Airport or Naples Central Station to the hotel €70.00 per person per way, including hydrofoil ticket

The Classic Transfer includes: pick-up by car or minibus with driver from Naples Airport or Train Station to the port. Our driver will provide you with the hydrofoil ticket to reach the island. At the port of Ischia, one of our drivers will take you by minibus to the hotel.

Fast Transfer by private speedboat €400.00 per person per way

The Fast Transfer by private speedboat includes: pick-up by car with driver from Naples Airport or Train Station to the port, private speedboat crossing to Ischia. Upon arrival at the port, one of our drivers will pick you up and drive you to the hotel.

Mercedes De Luxe Transfer from Rome €600.00 per car (1–3 people) per way
